We are remote-first, headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Role Overview This is a high-impact growth role for a commercially minded performance marketing expert. You will own Hilo's paid acquisition engine across Meta, Google, and Amazon, managing an annual budget of approximately €7.8M with significant growth expected over the coming years. Today, we work with specialist agencies across our acquisition channels. Your role is not to execute every campaign yourself, but to own performance outcomes, challenge assumptions, improve measurement, and ensure every euro spent delivers maximum impact. We're looking for someone who combines strong business judgment with deep channel expertise and a passion for building smarter, AI-enabled ways of working. You should be equally comfortable discussing CAC models with Finance, creative performance with Brand, and channel strategy with agency partners.
