Little, Oliver Wyman and more . We help consulting teams access hard-to-reach experts for live projects, diligence work, market studies, and strategic decisions. Unlike traditional expert networks, we focus on custom sourcing : finding and vetting the exact experts required for each client brief, fast. We are now expanding deeper into the Europe consulting market and hiring a senior SDR to help build the outbound engine for this next phase of growth The SDR Journey As a Senior SDR, you will drive outbound growth in the Europe consulting market by engaging the right people inside target firms and creating qualified project conversations for Infoquest’s commercial team. This is a pure outbound setter role focused on pipeline creation, disciplined follow-up, and high-quality prospecting. Expert network knowledge can be trained; strong SDR execution, maturity, and consistency are non-negotiable. What You'll Do Execute Europe outbound: Run the outbound strategy set by Infoquest leadership across priority Europe consulting accounts. Generate project opportunities: Engage relevant consultants, identify live or upcoming expert needs, and create openings for Infoquest to support. Run multi-channel outreach: Use LinkedIn, email, and phone to reach prospects, handle objections, and follow up consistently. Map the right stakeholders: Identify relevant consultants, managers, directors, partners, and teams within target accounts. Pitch Infoquest clearly: Communicate our custom sourcing model, speed, expert quality, and cost advantage. Maintain CRM discipline: Keep activity, prospect status, objections, follow-ups, and opportunities clean and visible. Share market feedback: Capture prospect feedback on timing, competitors, pricing, vendors, and buying triggers. Hit weekly targets: Work toward 2–3 qualified projects per week , with quality and consistency measured. A qualified project is a live or upcoming expert request from an ICP-fit consulting or professional services prospect with a real need for diligence, strategy, market research, commercial assessment, or similar client work, and clear potential to convert into a trial call, paid call, or new client opportunity. Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured through both activity volume and commercial outcomes. Core KPIs include: Outbound activity: 200-250+ daily calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, and follow-ups to target prospects. Account coverage: 10+ weekly penetration of priority Europe consulting accounts and relevant stakeholders. Qualified projects generated: 3+ live or upcoming expert requests created from target consulting prospects. Qualified meetings booked: where relevant, meetings with ICP-fit prospects who may use expert sourcing. CRM discipline: accurate tracking of activity, prospect status, objections, follow-ups, and opportunities. Outreach quality: clear personalization, strong messaging, and credible communication with senior consulting buyers. What We're Looking For 3+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience , with a clear record of generating qualified meetings or pipeline. Strong B2B prospecting experience , ideally with sophisticated buyers in SaaS, tech sales, professional services, financial services, consulting, or other complex B2B environments. Mature communication skills , with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to engage senior business stakeholders credibly. Multi-channel outbound capability , including Hubspot, LinkedIn, email, phone, sequencing, personalization, follow-up, and objection handling. Strong tool discipline , with experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tools. High ownership and execution discipline , with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance startup. On-site role in Beirut Digital District (BDD) – with some flexibility regarding working from home days Bonus Points If You Have Prior SDR / BDR experience in SaaS, data, research, expert networks, or other sales-led B2B environments. Experience selling into consulting, professional services, investment, SaaS, financial services, or strategy teams. Understanding of consulting workflows, due diligence, expert calls, and project-based buying behavior. Familiarity with expert network competitors such as GLG, AlphaSights, Third Bridge, Dialectica, Atheneum, or similar firms. Familiarity with how top consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, and Strategy& use primary research. You combine volume with quality: you can execute consistently without sending generic spam. You are sharp in writing, disciplined in follow-up, and mature enough to speak credibly with senior consulting and business prospects. You are commercially curious and can turn prospect conversations into useful market intelligence. You are motivated by growth, commission upside, and building something global from an early stage. Our Interview Process We keep the process practical and focused on real outbound ability: Initial Screening Interview: We assess background, communication skills, motivation, SDR experience, and fit with Infoquest’s pace and expectations. Outreach / Prospecting Case: You will review a target account or persona and prepare an outreach approach. We assess targeting logic, messaging, research ability, and commercial judgment. Final Interview with Commercial Leadership: We evaluate seniority, ownership, coachability, and ability to perform in a high-pressure outbound role. Offer Call
