Charter Sales Executive – Private Aviation & Luxury Client Sales Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Remote – EST Time Zone Preferred Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission About the Role We’re hiring a polished, relationship-driven Charter Sales Executive to convert qualified inbound opportunities into booked private jet charters and long-term client relationships. You’ll support a leading private aviation company serving high-net-worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and discerning travelers worldwide . This is a high-touch sales role where responsiveness, trust, discretion, and exceptional service directly impact revenue . You’ll manage the client journey from initial inquiry through booking and post-flight follow-up while working closely with operations to deliver a seamless experience. If you have experience in luxury sales, private aviation, high-ticket services, hospitality, travel, real estate, financial services, or other relationship-driven sales environments , this could be an excellent fit. What You’ll Own Charter Sales & Closing Manage qualified inbound charter inquiries Understand each client’s: Travel requirements Schedule Destination Passenger needs Aircraft preferences Recommend appropriate charter and aircraft solutions Present options professionally and confidently Manage objections, follow-ups, and negotiations Convert qualified opportunities into booked flights Drive repeat bookings and long-term revenue High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients Deliver discreet, responsive, white-glove service Maintain a consultative approach rather than transactional selling Anticipate client needs and respond with urgency Follow up after flights to maintain relationships and generate repeat business Represent the brand professionally in every interaction Client Communication & Booking Coordination Respond quickly to inquiries through: Phone Email WhatsApp Slack Maintain clear communication throughout the booking process Coordinate closely with operations and support teams Keep clients informed of important updates and next steps Ensure a smooth transition from sale to flight execution CRM & Sales Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records and client notes Track opportunities, follow-ups, bookings, and sales activity Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously Ensure no qualified leads or follow-ups fall through the cracks Maintain accurate pipeline visibility Support forecasting and sales performance reporting Client Retention & Revenue Growth Develop relationships that generate repeat charter business Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships Maintain consistent follow-up with high-value prospects and clients Deliver a level of service that encourages referrals and long-term loyalty Contribute directly to revenue and booking growth On-Call Client Coverage Participate in a rotating coverage schedule when required Respond to time-sensitive client inquiries outside standard business hours Maintain professionalism and urgency in a client-first environment What Makes You a Strong Fit You’re polished, confident, and highly professional with clients You understand how to sell high-ticket products or services You build trust naturally rather than relying on aggressive sales tactics You’re comfortable communicating with executives and affluent clientele You respond quickly and understand that speed can determine whether a deal closes You stay organized while managing multiple high-value opportunities You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality You enjoy building relationships that lead to repeat business Required Experience & Skills Proven success in: Sales Business Development Account Management Client Relationship Management Experience selling high-ticket products or services strongly preferred Exceptional spoken and written English Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to close sales and manage client relationships Strong follow-up and organizational discipline Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment Flexibility to support clients outside standard hours when scheduled Highly Preferred Experience Experience within one or more of the following: Private aviation or jet charter Luxury travel Yacht charter Luxury hospitality Concierge services Executive services Luxury real estate Financial services Other high-ticket, relationship-driven sales environments Additional advantages include: Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms Knowledge of private aircraft categories and cabin configurations Understanding of charter operations Experience serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions What a Typical Day Looks Like You may start by reviewing active charter inquiries and following up with clients considering flight options. Throughout the day, you’ll speak with prospective and existing clients, understand their travel requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, coordinate with operations, manage bookings, and follow up on active opportunities. You’ll keep the CRM current, maintain visibility across your pipeline, and ensure clients receive prompt communication throughout their journey.
