The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across target enterprise, corporate, and government segments. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, early-stage relationship building, and generating high-quality opportunities that contribute directly to revenue growth. The SDR will work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to ensure qualified prospects are effectively progressed through the sales cycle, supporting ZainTECH’s expansion across key ICT solution areas. Responsibilities: Pipeline Generation & Prospecting Drive outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities. Identify and research target accounts across enterprise, corporate, and public sector markets. Execute structured outreach through calls, emails, and digital engagement channels. Secure meetings and discovery sessions with key decision-makers and influencers. Lead Qualification & Opportunity Development Assess prospects based on business needs, buying intent, decision-making structure, and strategic fit. Gather insights into customer environments, challenges, and future initiatives. Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture prospects until qualified opportunities are created. Sales Collaboration Partner closely with Account Managers to transition qualified leads into active opportunities. Provide detailed handover notes, including customer context, requirements, and engagement history. Support broader sales initiatives aligned with ZainTECH’s ICT portfolio. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records within Salesforce CRM, including prospect activity, pipeline updates, and engagement outcomes. Support reporting requirements and ensure data integrity across sales processes. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound B2B ICT sales. Experience prospecting across enterprise or government customer environments is preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve activity targets and contribute to revenue pipeline growth. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Familiarity with sales engagement tools and structured outreach methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within technology sales.
