What are we building? Hard Rock Digital is a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We’re building a team that resonates passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We care about each customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insight and strive to ensure we’re always acting authentically. Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital taps a brand known the world over as the leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We’re taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us? What’s the position? Every day our players open the app, something should work exactly as expected. This role exists to make sure it does. You’ll be the set of human eyes that runs structured daily testing across our platform, catching issues before they reach players and keeping our QA process sharp as the product evolves. This isn’t an automated testing role. We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in methodical, thorough manual testing and understands that in a regulated gaming environment, the cost of missing something is real. Day to day, you will: Execute structured daily test scripts across the casino app, platform features, and promotional mechanics Develop and maintain test scripts that reflect the current state of the product and evolving regulatory requirements Test new game launches and feature releases ahead of going live, documenting findings clearly and following up through resolution Partner with the promotions team to validate bonus mechanics, eligibility logic, and player-facing promotional content Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to reproduce issues and confirm fixes Monitor platform behavior across jurisdictions, flagging anything that falls outside expected parameters Contribute to a growing library of test cases and QA documentation that the wider team can rely on
