These companies have hundreds of trucks (un)loading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. As our HR student , you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the various challenges in the field of HR. More specifically, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process and the further development of our HR team . This is what you will be doing: You are involved with recruiting new colleagues: you search for potential candidates and reach out to them. Collaborating in several HR projects: such as onboarding, organizing events learning & development, employer branding... In short, you will help form the basis for the further development of our team and therefore play a crucial role in the growth of our company .
