We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS) to join our growing Riyadh team. Depending on your experience and specialism, you will provide expert cost management, commercial, contractual, and advisory services throughout various stages of the project lifecycle. These roles require commercially astute professionals capable of working independently, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision. The successful candidates will act as trusted advisors to our clients, providing strategic commercial guidance, cost control, risk management, procurement advice, and contract administration on large-scale and complex developments.
