Dispatch Agent

We are looking for a Dispatch Agent to support fast-paced last-mile delivery operations. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of operational issues. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently. Monitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders. Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases when required. Follow up on delivery performance and ensure service-level targets are met. Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records. Support daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experience. Requirements 0–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Good attention to detail. Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems. Good command of English; Arabic is a plus. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
