As an Account Manager at AME, you build and develop long-term partnerships with customers while contributing to our commercial growth. We act as a technology and manufacturing partner, helping customers bring high-quality electronic products from idea to realization. You support and grow an existing portfolio of international B2B customers while identifying new business opportunities. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you gradually take ownership of your own accounts and develop into a trusted commercial partner for your customers. This role offers more than commercial responsibility. It gives you the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded commercial professional by combining relationship management with technical understanding, stakeholder management and project coordination. To achieve this, you work closely with colleagues across R&D, Operations, Project Management, Manufacturing and Sales to translate customer needs into realistic solutions and deliver on our promises. Your tasks Building customer partnerships is at the core of your role. You work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities and support them throughout ongoing and future projects. At the same time, you act as the connecting link between the customer and AME, learning how to navigate our organization, involve the right stakeholders and translate customer challenges into realistic commercial and technical solutions. Summarizing, you are responsible for: · Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international B2B customers; · Supporting the management and further development of existing customer accounts; · Identifying new business opportunities across both existing and new customers; · Understanding customer needs and translating them into realistic commercial and technical opportunities; · Preparing and following up on quotations and commercial proposals; · Working closely with colleagues in R&D, Operations, Project Management and Manufacturing to ensure successful project execution; · Contributing to a smooth transfer of new projects from Sales to Project Management; · Representing AME during customer visits, events, fairs, conferences and seminars.
