In this role, you play a key part in driving sales success by preparing accurate documentation, maintaining high data quality, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical actions. You will also actively follow up with customers and support key administrative processes that keep the sales engine running. We are seeking someone with a solid retail background who thrives under pressure and feels comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You are proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the confidence to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions when needed, and ensure priorities and KPIs remain aligned. In this role, you will be responsible for: Acting as the key contact for customers, handling inquiries regarding pricing, product information, and order status, and resolving issues via phone and email. Providing administrative and sales support, including preparing quotations, order confirmations, and invoices, and maintaining accurate customer and product data. Supporting senior sales account managers with customer follow-ups, key account coordination, and escalation handling. Monitoring order progress, KPIs, and sales performance, ensuring timely delivery in close coordination with Logistics and other departments. Contributing to process improvements, data quality, and efficient sales administration while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
