Senior People Operations Specialist, Brazil (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by being a key and integral part of our Global People team. This role should be the subject-matter expert on People Ops topics for the Brazil team . You will report to the Lead Global People Operations and the Brazil Country Manager. What you will do: Maintain accurate HR profiles, data, and other record-keeping systems with attention to detail. Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance the employee experience and scalability. Work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance. Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, providing clear and timely support. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Operations function. Use data insights to refine processes and support informed decision-making. Workplace: Belo Horizonte & Hybrid / São Paul & Hybrid
