The Job We’re looking for a Mid-level or Senior Android Developer to join our Android app team at Mullvad. The team develops and maintains the app for the Android platform. Your primary focus will be working in Kotlin to maintain and bring new features to the Android app. The app is built with Kotlin and Rust, using modern Android development techniques. Our app and everything our team works on is open source and available on GitHub. What you will do Collaborate with our designers and other platform teams to bring new features from ideas to reality Develop new features and maintain our Android codebase Develop with a strong focus on security, covering both code behavior and the development process, including supply-chain security and code signing Who you are Strong knowledge in modern Android development (Kotlin, Compose, Gradle and other tools) Good communication skills in English Curious, and not afraid to question how and why things are done Now it would be ideal if you have experience with Networking Testing and CI Rust or have the will to learn Why Mullvad?
