Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced FPGA Developer / FPGA Lead What You Will Work On Lead and mentor a team of FPGA developers Design and develop FPGA-based readout systems for neutron detectors Develop FPGA logic using VHDL and/or Verilog Perform FPGA simulation, verification, and testing Deploy and validate FPGA solutions in real-world applications Troubleshoot and improve existing FPGA designs Optimize FPGA systems for performance, reliability, and scalability Work with hardware debugging tools and methodologies Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional technical teams Support high-speed data acquisition and signal processing activities Contribute to hardware/software co-design where required Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and safety requirements What You Bring Strong professional experience in FPGA development Hands-on experience with VHDL and/or Verilog Experience with FPGA simulation, verification, and testing Experience with hardware debugging and troubleshooting Experience leading or mentoring FPGA engineers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills in English Swedish is a plus
