We are hiring an Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team in Juárez, Chihuahua. What can you expect as a Industrial Engineering Intern: • Collect and analyze production data to support operational improvement initiatives. • Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities across manufacturing operations. • Participate in process improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. • Update KPIs, reports, and performance dashboards. • Perform time and motion studies to identify process optimization opportunities. • Conduct measurements and update plant layouts using AutoCAD to support production flow and equipment positioning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, and EHS. • Support continuous improvement projects through data-driven analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Your profile as an Industrial Engineering Intern • Experience in time analysis. • AutoCAD proficiency is highly preferred and considered a key requirement. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and Ergonomics. • Proactive, self-directed, team-oriented, and organized. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
