What You'll Do: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance operations at our facility in the Lakewood, WA area. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, optimizing maintenance programs, and supporting a safe, efficient operation. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and are passionate about continuous improvement, we want to hear from you. Lead, develop, and support a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel Drive a proactive maintenance culture by expanding preventive and predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and process issues to minimize downtime Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce failures Manage maintenance budgets, including repair & maintenance (R&M) and spare parts inventory Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams to support business goals Oversee the maintenance of key systems such as conveyors, pumps, motors, PLCs, VFDs, HVAC, and facility equipment Utilize CMMS tools to track work orders, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement Ensure all equipment and processes meet safety and food safety standards What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance teams Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and automated systems Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning systems Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and process instrumentation Ability to analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities for improvement Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in food, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing environments Lean / 5S or continuous improvement experience Welding or fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Arc) Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or related field Pay and Perks: Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 15% of base salary Quarterly Incentive Program: Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance Benefits : Tosca offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members.
