About the Role As a Marketing Project Manager (all genders) in Global Marketing, you are responsible for the planning, management, execution, and analysis of international marketing campaigns with a focus on Growth Marketing and Brand Building. You ensure that campaigns are executed efficiently, orchestrated across channels, and continuously optimized based on relevant KPIs. In addition, you take ownership of the organizational management of all campaign processes in Planio and ensure that teams, resources, budgets, and deadlines are managed transparently and effectively at all times. Your Responsibilities Campaign Management Planning, coordination, and execution of global marketing campaigns for brand awareness, demand generation, and growth. Development and management of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels. Coordination with internal stakeholders such as Content, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, external agencies and Regional Marketing teams. Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all campaigns. Project & Process Management (Planio) Central management of all campaigns, tasks, resources, and timelines in Planio. Creation and maintenance of project plans, workflows, and status reports. Monitoring of milestones, deadlines, and budgets. Ensuring transparent collaboration between global marketing teams and external partners. Continuous optimization of marketing processes and project structures within Planio. Your Profile Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or project management. Strong knowledge of Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Marketing. Experience in analyzing marketing data and deriving concrete optimization measures. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Dynamics, or comparable solutions). Experience with project management tools, ideally Planio, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms. Structured, analytical, and results-oriented way of working. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Experience with CMS platforms such as TYPO3 and WordPress is a plus.
