POSITION SNAPSHOT Location : Lahore Job Type : Full-time Qualification : Minimum MBBS, DPharm, additionally MBA &\or Diploma in Nutrition Experience: Strong Medical & Nutrition Knowledge with a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in KOL engagement, medical and scientific communication on Nestle Infant Nutrition field teams or equivalent position in Child Nutrition. POSITION SUMMARY Support the medical department in strengthening medical and scientific communication and hence the image of Nestle as the reference in evidence-based infant nutrition science. Provide an accessible source of scientific nutrition information for the Nestle Infant Nutrition field teams, HealthCare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders. A DAY IN THE LIFE … Play role in strengthening evidence-based medical and scientific communication for Nestlé Infant Nutrition. Serves as a trusted scientific resource for field teams, HCPs, KOLs, and internal stakeholders. Plans daily priorities, field visits, scientific activities, and stakeholder engagements. Alignment and approvals with Field Operations, Brand, and other internal teams for accurate and compliant communication. Reviews scientific literature, prepares responses to medical queries, and validates key messages. Supports field teams in structured, compliant, science-led HCP/KOL interactions. Addresses product concept queries and communicates Nestlé Infant Nutrition’s position on scientific issues. Builds professional relationships with KOLs, HCPs, HCIs, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare stakeholders. Plans and supports symposia, conferences, workshops, roundtables, and trainings. Builds field-force capability through scientific updates, product knowledge, and training support. Maintains records, tracks KOL development, monitors competitive scientific activities, and prepares reports. Ensures proper handling of scientific materials, literature, company property, and equipment. Ensures strict compliance with WHO Code, Local Code, Nestlé Instructions, and company policies. Avoids direct or indirect business contact with pregnant women and mothers of infants and young children. WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL? Regular and high-quality field visits completed as planned. Scientific activities delivered effectively and on time. KOLs managed, engaged, and developed through compliant scientific interaction. Field teams equipped with accurate, updated, and evidence-based scientific information. Training sessions completed as per plan. Timely validating of scientific activities, progress, competitive insights, and follow-up actions. Consistent adherence to WHO Code, Local Code, Nestlé Instructions, and company policies.
