General Description of the Role The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and growth targets for Campari Korea products within an assigned territory, while promoting the company’s premium image. Key Responsibilities and Activities Meet sales and distribution targets in your territory. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver superior service. Monitor customer performance, maintain records, and prepare business plans to drive growth. Manage trade promotions, incentives, and redemptions in line with marketing programs. Ensure optimal product visibility through effective merchandising. Plan and prioritize calls, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to queries. Collaborate with team members and support overall team morale. Report on industry trends, competitor activity, and submit monthly reports. Attend or host tastings, trade events, and customer functions. Participate in sales meetings and implement agreed actions. Key Relationships Internal: Reports to Sales Manager. External: Customers within assigned territory. Experience Required Experience in area management or sales; FMCG or beverage industry preferred. Strong knowledge of the liquor market. Degree qualification. Other Skills Relationship building and negotiation. Sales and marketing understanding. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to meet targets and deadlines. Planning, prioritization, and time management. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Financial awareness. Functional Territory Management: Build trust-based customer relationships, plan effectively, and maximize each call. Commercial Thinking: Stay updated on market trends, identify opportunities, and manage costs. Sales Skills: Apply effective questioning and closing techniques, manage pricing and promotions, and adapt to on/off-premise channels.
