Role Description As an Account Manager , you will be focusing on generating new business & serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts targeting the Travel industry and partly Retail/Real Estate. You will be a strong communicator, reliable, organized, and keen to kick-start your sales career. You will be ready to take responsibility and ownership of your clients and have a passion for driving new business opportunities and sales. What you will learn: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales staff and production colleagues worldwide. Respond to client requests for new project initiatives. Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates. Assess the competitive landscape, develop project proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules with the client. Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverables. Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service. Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio. Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
