Type of contract: Employment contract Salary range: 9700 - 15600 PLN gross What will you do? As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios, creating test documentation, automating test processes, and ensuring the quality of applications across UI, API, and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers and analysts to identify defects, improve testing processes, and contribute to the development of robust and scalable testing solutions. Your tasks Create and execute test cases and test scenarios Plan and perform functional, integration, API, UI and mobile testing Develop and maintain automated test scripts Analyze test results and report defects Prepare test documentation and test reports Collaborate with developers and analysts throughout the software development lifecycle Support continuous improvement of testing processes and tools Participate in quality assurance activities across multiple projects Your skills At least 2 years of commercial experience in software testing Hands-on experience with mobile, API and UI testing Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies Understanding of SDLC and QA lifecycle processes Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript or Python Experience with test automation and/or performance testing tools Willingness to develop automation and software development skills Experience working with Git Basic knowledge of SQL Experience with JIRA and defect tracking tools Experience creating test documentation and test reports Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Fluent English and Polish Nice to have Experience with API test automation using REST Assured, Postman/Newman or Playwright API Experience with contract and integration testing Experience with mobile test automation using Appium Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress Knowledge of TDD and BDD practices Good understanding of CI/CD processes We offer Hybrid work in one of our locations: Lodz, Poznan, Warsaw, Wroclaw (2 office days per week) Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Work From Anywhere (up to 140 days/year abroad) Social events

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
