La posición desempeña un rol estratégico en la activación comercial del hotel en el mercado, a través del mapeo de cuentas locales, regionales y nacionales, contribuyendo a la generación temprana de ingresos y apoyando la construcción del mix de negocios ideal para el ramp-up del hotel, en alineación con las estrategias de Revenue Management y posicionamiento de marca. Estructurar el pipeline de cuentas antes de la apertura utilizando herramientas como TravelClick y asegurar alineación con la estrategia de revenue y posicionamiento tarifario. Capacitar al equipo del hotel en herramientas comerciales corporativas como Cvent Transient, GSO Sales Leads y Everyone Sells Prospección y Activación de Cuentas: acompañar la producción inicial de room nights e ingresos, identificar y desarrollar cuentas locales y regionales estratégicas, apoyar la construcción de presentaciones comerciales y business cases del hotel, acompañar conversiones y oportunidades comerciales y generar una base sólida de clientes para la sostenibilidad post-apertura.
