We will be running a recruitment campaign in India during the latter part of 2026. Only candidates who are shortlisted for this position will receive an invitation to attend an in-person interview. Walk-in interviews will not be accepted. Job Purpose Supervise all machining activities in the workshop required for operations readiness, commissioning, and start-up to meet maintenance requirements and maintain workshop tools and equipment with highest levels of safety, quality, integrity, and reliability to achieve optimal operating reliability targets as required by respective Operations Expansion & Start Up (OES) or Offshore Expansion, Sustainability & Start-Up (OESS) departments. Key Job Accountabilities Supervise the machining activities of the machining workshop with optimum utilization of resources to ensure safety and, execution of machining activities for the division. Ensure that machining activities are delivered in accordance with international standard and codes as per work requirement. Ensure the machining activities meet required Company QA/QC and reliability standards. Ensure machining consumables are used and stored to meet full availability (100%) of machineries. Check all balancing jobs are performed within highest standards for the division. Track and ensure the machining activities are meeting the biweekly schedule. Coordinate all machining activities during normal operations and during shutdown, ensuring quality and safety of execution. Maintain all machinery in machine shop and test periodically to meet the Company standards and inspection requirements. Provide Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all activities, effectively identifying and mitigating hazards. Ensure turning/machining materials are used without wastage and remaining unused materials are returned to warehouse with necessary documentation. Qualifications Higher National Diploma (HND) in engineering. Knowledge and/or Experience 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry in similar field. Technical and Business Skills Proficient in written and spoken English. Computer literacy (MS Office). Capable to conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and hazard Identifications. Capable to read and interpret engineering drawing.
