Role Overview: Own and drive the governance, and optimization of the JIRA ecosystem. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, improving data quality, and enforcing scalable governance standards across projects and schemas to enable consistent execution tracking and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end optimization of JIRA workflows and processes across teams · Define and enforce JIRA governance standards (schemas, permissions, naming conventions) · Drive cleanup and rationalization of projects, schemes, and configurations · Enable accurate, reliable execution data within JIRA to support progress tracking and reporting · Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, low-friction solutions · Establish best practices, documentation, and adoption frameworks Qualifications: · Deep expertise in JIRA administration (workflows, schemes, permissions, automation) · Proven experience driving governance and standardization in complex environments · Strong systems thinking and process optimization skills · Experience leveraging JIRA data for reporting, tracking, and operational insights · Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
