About the Role We are looking for a business ‑ driven professional with experience in encoders or industrial sensing technologies, able to combine technical understanding with customer engagement. In this role, you will play a key part in developing new business opportunities with OEM customers, supporting the growth of SKF’s sensing-enabled solutions, including encoder technologies. Your Mission Your mission is to identify, develop and win new customer projects in automation, robotics and motion control applications — by combining your technical background with a strong commercial mindset.
