Market strategy and business development. Customer and KOL relationship development and maintenance. Channel cooperation. Internal collaboration. Key Requirements IVD Sales Experience – Minimum 8 years in indirect sales, channel management, or distributor partnership management in medical devices or healthcare technology. Healthcare Industry Knowledge – Solid understanding of healthcare markets, procurement processes, and medical device distribution channels. IVD Product Familiarity – Knowledge of In Vitro Diagnostics solutions, or a strong willingness to develop deep product expertise through training. Industry Network – Established connections with mid-to-high-end hospitals or laboratories to support rapid brand entry into target accounts. Native/ Fluent Romanian with very good knowledge of business English Strong analytical and statistical skills. Excellent communication skills. Dynamic and able to work as part of a team. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to plan and implement activity designed to meet objectives with minimal supervision. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
