Client Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Account Manager based in Germany. As a Client Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of strategic client relationships across the MSP and cybersecurity ecosystem. You’ll work directly with business owners and senior decision-makers to understand commercial challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Beyond traditional account management, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping solutions, proposals, retention strategies, and expansion plans. The role combines relationship management with a strong commercial focus, giving you direct responsibility for client revenue and account growth. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and partner networks while helping clients make informed decisions around digital growth. The environment is highly autonomous, international, and fast-moving, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders.
