At ITP Aero, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Customer Support Quality team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with our customers’ and strategic partners’ quality requirements, while guaranteeing alignment with applicable regulations and standards in a highly demanding and technologically advanced environment. In this position, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to high-impact business initiatives, representing ITP Aero in the various working groups and international consortiums in which we collaborate. You will work cross-functionally with different areas of the organisation and external partners, contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Analyse quality, regulatory, and statutory requirements applicable to Defence programmes, ensuring their effective deployment throughout the organisation and supply chain. Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions. Support the management of Quality Systems within Defence consortiums, contributing to the development, review, and update of consortium Quality procedures. Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits. Analyse quality performance indicators and drive improvement plans with Operational Units, monitoring progress and results on a regular basis. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to ensure the quality of delivered products and provide support for products in service. Carry out certification activities for ITP Aero products. What Profile Are We Looking For? Education Degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. Experience 1 to 2 years of experience in quality management within industrial environments, preferably in the aerospace sector and Defence programmes. Technical Knowledge (Desirable) Experience with quality and continuous improvement tools and methodologies (8D, SCAR, etc.). Knowledge of data analysis tools and ERP systems (SAP). Familiarity with AS9100, EN9100, PERAM and PECAL standards. Languages English proficiency at B2 level or above. Key Competencies Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
