Core Responsibilities : Responsible for coordinating maintenance of equipment specific to non-destructive testing (NDT). Assist in development of work procedures, PM’s and LOTO. Participate in plant 5S and Lean manufacturing programs as well as any and all continuous improvement activities. Practice “Root Cause Analysis” to determine solutions to problematic process issues. Be an active safety advocate. Follow all company rules and policies. Coordinate effective repairs and maintenance on equipment utilizing SAP. Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance program for area of responsibility. Assign daily maintenance activities. Provide hands on assistance as needed for maintenance personnel, contractors, and Mechanical Specialists. Provide necessary training and support to maintenance personnel. Plan and coordinate weekly and yearly outages. Job Requirements : High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required. AA/AS or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Technical degree preferred but not required. At least 1-3 years experience in general industrial maintenance. SAP Maintenance module experience. Strong mechanical knowledge of NDT equipment. Intermediate computer skills preferred with Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel . Seamless Pipe Mill experience greatly desired. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience. Strong Safety Awareness and experience. LOTO experience.
