Job Summary As Amcor continues to grow and expand its market presence, we are looking to enhance our marketing operations to better support our sales and marketing efforts. We recognize the need for a dedicated Senior Marketing Executive to streamline our processes, manage pricing, generate insightful reports, coordinate impactful marketing events, and develop high-quality marketing collateral. This role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing strategies are executed flawlessly and that we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers and contribute growth to company business. Key Responsibilities Monthly Sales & Marketing Reporting Coordination - Support the Marketing Manager in preparing monthly sales and marketing reports, including bankable growth analysis, Salesforce reports, and other performance tracking reports to support business review and decision-making. Strategic Lead Research & Data Analysis - Conduct lead research and perform strategic data analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and business opportunities, providing insights to support marketing strategies and business growth initiatives. Strategic Marketing Plan Support - Assist the Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans and product strategies tailored to different regions, market segments, and product portfolios to drive business objectives and market expansion. Marketing Event Coordination - Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement events, ensuring smooth and effective implementation. Knowledge & Experience Preferably at least 5 years’ experience in business marketing in data analysis and strategic marketing Experience in B2B marketing is a plus, particularly medical mfg industry. Advance in Excel (Complex Formulation, Xlookup and etc), Powerpoint, Canva. Experience in market research / analysis and well verse in research methodology. Know well contacts in reputable B2B market research firm is a plus. Know how in Digital Marketing Operation (Hubspot) and CRM Tool (SalesForce) will be an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office, particular Excel (Pivot Table, XLookUp) is a MUST. Digital Mkt Operation – Webinar, campaign boosting, email marketing, Hubspot maintenance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and work in tight deadline situations. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new knowledge and processes. Logical Thinking Mindset with Can Do attitude. Strong Business Acumen.
