Required Skillset Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling brand identity, with a proven ability to manage complex marketing communications and integrated campaigns. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumer insights and market research data to inform strategic decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners. A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possessing the agility to pivot strategies based on real-time performance metrics and market shifts. A postgraduate degree in Management or Marketing from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in marketing principles. Comfortable working in a high-energy, on-site environment in Mumbai, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives independently while fostering a collaborative team culture.
