Role Description: The NOC Engineer ISP (Turbhe Navi Mumbai) is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai District, Responsible for monitoring and maintaining ISP network infrastructure and services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance and availability from the NOC, identifying and diagnosing incidents, and performing first-level and second-level troubleshooting for network issues. The engineer will provide technical support to internal teams and customers, coordinate with field engineers and vendors for fault resolution, and implement approved changes and configurations on network devices. The role also involves maintaining incident documentation and resolutions, following standard operating procedures, supporting network security practices, and participating in shift-based operations to ensure 24/7 service continuity. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Network Operations Center (NOC) skills, including real-time monitoring, incident handling, and escalation management. Should have Working Knowledge on either of NMS Tools Nokia NSP Alcatel TEJAS NW Cisco Crosswork Juniper Paragon Zabbix Grafana + Prometheus Splunk or NetBox Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, such as configuring and managing routers, switches, and other ISP network equipment. Additionally Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to analyze root causes, resolve connectivity issues, and assist customers and internal teams. Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including basic firewall concepts, access control, and adherence to security policies. Relevant technical qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, Network+) are preferred and beneficial. Ability to work in shift-based schedules, manage multiple incidents, and maintain clear documentation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in English; familiarity with regional languages is an advantage. .
