Job Title: ServiceNow Secops Security Operation Location : Pune / Kochi Experience : 6+ Years Role: Developer Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence. - Collaborate with security teams to integrate threat intelligence feeds, vulnerability scanners, and SIEM tools with ServiceNow. - Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet security operation requirements. - Develop and maintain integrations with third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, QRadar). - Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. - Support upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and SecOps modules. - Experience in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. - Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK;). - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Skill Requirements - -Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro. - Deep understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, etc.). - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Familiarity with CMDB and Discovery integration. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must Have Skills - 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development. - 3+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow SecOps. - Proficiency in Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules. - Experience with integration of security tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Splunk). - Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API. Good To Have Skills - - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response. - Experience with Threat Intelligence module and MITRE ATT&CK; framework. - Knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, or GRC modules. - Exposure to cloud security and DevSecOps practices. - Experience with automated playbooks and SOAR capabilities.
