Required Skills: 13 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or a related function. Demonstrated ability to document business processes using process maps, flowcharts, or SIPOC models. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to facilitate discussions and work with cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 or equivalent process modeling standards. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with credentialing, certification, or learning and development operations. Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform or enterprise workflow automation tools. Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt, or equivalent certification (or active pursuit). Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
