Key Responsibilities Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts. Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).Process vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliations. Carry out student fee reconciliation and related accounting.Handle TDS, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT) calculations and ensure timely statutory return filing. Monthly Salary Processing.Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing support. Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.Coordinate with auditors and other departments as required. Assist in preparation of MIS reports related to fee collection, outstanding dues, and cash flow.Required Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances. Proficiency in MS Excel.Experience in ERP accounting software; knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) will be an added advantage. Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
