The organization aims to connect creative professionals and product brands in a premium, well-curated setting. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Goregaon. The Sales Executive will identify and approach potential sponsoring product companies, nurture relationships with existing partners, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing event sponsorships. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing sales proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with the event operations and marketing teams to align sponsorship packages with event offerings, ensuring sponsors' expectations are met. The Sales Executive will represent Dialogues India professionally at meetings and events, promoting the value of participation to prospective sponsors and partners. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships, ideally in events, architecture, design, or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.Ability to research target markets, identify decision-makers, and develop tailored outreach strategies.Organizational and time management skills, including maintaining accurate documentation and using CRM or similar tools effectively.Comfort working on-site in Goregaon, meeting clients in person, and representing the brand at events and meetings.Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools; familiarity with digital communication and basic marketing concepts is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Role Overview As a Sales Executive at Dialogues, you'll be responsible for bringing brands into our ecosystem by identifying sponsorship and partnership opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Pitch Dialogues' event concepts, sponsorship packages, and partnership opportunities. Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable sponsorship solutions. Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations. Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship deals. Maintain regular communication with existing partners to build long-term relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed successfully. Track sales performance and maintain CRM records. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities. Requirements 14 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Sponsorship Sales, or Corporate Partnerships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Comfortable with cold outreach and networking. Ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage. Prior experience in event sales, media sales, exhibitions, conferences, or experiential marketing is preferred. .
