Job Type: Full-time Job DescriptionHiring: Regional Manager Business Development & Service Delivery Location: North Delhi (Delhi, Punjab, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan)/Hyderabad (Telangana and AP)/Mumbai (Maharashtra) We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager Business Development & Service Delivery to lead operations, strengthen our appraiser network, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end operational delivery of gold appraisal and audit services across the region. Recruit, build, and manage a strong network of full-time, re-appraisers, and on-call gold appraisers. Plan, organize, and oversee skill tests for eligible appraiser candidates. Ensure timely deployment of appraisers based on client requirements and business demand. Drive standardized, compliant, and process-oriented appraisal operations. Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and operational KPIs. Collaborate closely with Territory Managers (Business Development & Service Delivery) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to client SLAs, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization. Manage client relationships, service reviews, and escalations. Support business expansion into current geographies and client accounts. Prepare and present accurate MIS reports and operational dashboards. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in operations, service delivery, recruitment, or field operations management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience in banking, financial services, gold loan, valuation, or related industries is preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
