Timing: 1.30pm to 10.30pm (PAN) For US Shift (9.00PM - 6.00AM) Working Days: 6 Days in a Week (Working on Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory) Week off: Thurday Experience: Minimum 4- 8 years Team Mentorship and Contribution: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing business development team focused on expanding the reach of our Edtech solutions. Provide ongoing guidance to team members, helping them excel in their roles and achieve individual and team goals. o Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven culture within the team. Individual contribution also needed from the Team lead. Team Structure: Each Team Lead will manage: o 5 BDEs reporting directly o Each BDE will get minimum 18 demos per week Support in Deal Closures: Assist team members in navigating complex negotiations and deal closures by offering strategic insights, resolving challenges, and providing key support. Work closely with the team to refine sales pitches, identify customer pain points, and provide tailored solutions that drive the closing process. Ensure timely and successful closure of deals, while maintaining positive relationships with clients and prospects. Training and Development: Identify skills gaps and provide necessary training, resources, and feedback to enhance the performance of the business development team. Organize and lead workshops and training sessions focused on sales techniques, Edtech product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Ensure the team stays updated on the latest trends in the Edtech industry to effectively address client needs. Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to align the teams goals with the companys overall sales strategy, market objectives, and vision. Help design and implement sales strategies that effectively position our Edtech solutions to key educational institutions, organizations, and individuals. Manage and track sales performance metrics, offering feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure continued success. Market Expansion and Relationship Building: Work with team members to identify new business opportunities and markets for our Edtech solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders in the education sector. Represent LMES at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and expand our network. Reporting and Analytics: Regularly monitor and report on team performance, key sales metrics, and customer feedback to senior management. Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast opportunities, and recommend improvements to optimize team performance. .
