Work with development teams to review code quality, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure effective defect management across the development and testing cycles Test optimization, test bank management, defect management and knowledge sharing within the QA and development teams Provide detailed reports and metrics on the progress, effectiveness, and outcomes of the testing process. Present test results to stakeholders, including senior management and product owners.
