Role & Responsibilities Responsible for sales and business development of PET, BOPP & Specialty Films in the domestic market. Develop and expand business in existing as well as new territories. Identify and generate new leads/opportunities in grey and untapped markets. Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth. Prepare sales reports, MIS, presentations, budgets, and sales forecasts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts. Coordinate with plant, production, planning, logistics, and other internal departments for smooth order execution. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely collection of payments. Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities. Preferred Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in PET, BOPP, Specialty Films, Packaging Films, or a related industry. Candidates from a similar industry will be preferred. Strong knowledge of domestic B2B sales and business development. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting. Ability to independently manage customers and develop new business opportunities. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and market development. MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred; any graduate can apply. .
