Launchpad provides tools such as CRM, appointment booking, websites and funnels, calendars, forms, surveys, email/SMS communication, opportunity pipelines, AI automations, Voice AI, Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Social/Content AI, reporting, onboarding, and customer support. Our goal is to make AI simple, practical, and useful for business owners so they can save time, serve customers better, improve engagement, and focus on growth. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage client communication, onboarding, CRM updates, sales support, and day-to-day account coordination. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer success, client relationship management, CRM handling, lead generation, sales operations, and cross-functional team coordination. The right candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients, managing follow-ups, organizing data, supporting sales activities, and ensuring clients receive a smooth and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Manage client communication and build strong relationships with assigned accounts. Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations. Conduct product/service demos and answer client questions professionally. Track client activity, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and account updates in CRM. Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline updates, and account information. Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to complete client requests. Help clients understand and use Launchpad features such as CRM, automations, AI tools, calendars, forms, workflows, reviews, and communication tools. Research leads, prepare prospect lists, and support outreach campaigns when needed. Assist in preparing proposals, email templates, onboarding documents, and client-facing materials. Monitor campaign/client data to identify hot leads, active accounts, and follow-up opportunities. Handle client queries, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex matters to the relevant team. Support internal SOPs, documentation, reporting, and workflow improvements. Help train new team members on CRM usage, processes, and product knowledge when required. Requirements 13 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, business development, or client coordination. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using CRM tools, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and follow-ups in an organized way. Comfortable with client follow-ups, demos, onboarding calls, and email communication. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and accurate records. Basic understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, client onboarding, and customer success. Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and ownership skills. Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, Lusha, Canva, campaign tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus. SaaS, CRM, automation, tech, healthcare, hospitality, agency, or service-business experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is confident in client communication, organized with CRM/data management, and able to support both sales and customer success functions. They should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, coordinating with multiple teams, and making sure clients receive timely, clear, and professional support. This person should also be curious about AI, automation, CRM tools, and how businesses can use technology to save time, improve customer experience, and grow.
