Hiring: Sales Manager Kirana Sales (B2B) | Ahmedabad We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG/Kirana Sales to drive business growth and manage sales operations across the region. Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 35 Years Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and regional sales targets. Drive sales growth while maintaining healthy profit margins. Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key customers. Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities. Prepare daily market intelligence and competition analysis reports. Expand market reach by increasing outlet coverage and distribution. Ensure effective implementation of promotional schemes, trade offers, and company policies. Identify and onboard new retail outlets to strengthen market presence. Monitor sales performance and ensure timely achievement of business goals. Desired Candidate Profile: 35 years of experience in FMCG Sales/Kirana Sales. Currently working as a Sales Officer, Senior Sales Officer, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT) and the Kirana market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Proficient in MS Excel and reporting. Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read, write, and speak English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
