Job Description: Hardware & Network EngineerRole Summary We are looking for a Hardware & Network Engineer to provide technical support for computer hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues, maintaining network connectivity, installing and configuring IT devices, and providing on-site or remote technical support. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system-related issues.Install and configure LAN/WAN network devices and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.Basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, Wi-Fi devices, and access points.Manage LAN cabling, patch panels, and network points.Troubleshoot IP address, DNS, DHCP, and basic TCP/IP-related issues.Perform Windows installation, OS configuration, driver installation, and system updates.Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripheral devices.Perform preventive maintenance of IT hardware and network equipment.Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and network-related issues.Follow IT security, backup, and maintenance procedures.Required Skills Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and networking concepts.Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.Basic knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network cabling.Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.Ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Qualification ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.CCNA or relevant networking certification is an advantage.Experience 13 years of experience in Hardware & Network Support is preferred.Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
