Job Description: Business/ Data Analyst(Fraud Analyst/ SQL/Python) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 Year+ Key Responsibilities Perform advanced data analysis using MySQL/PL SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and analytical scripts for investigation and reporting purposes.Conduct forensic analysis of data to identify irregularities, trends, risks, and potential fraudulent activities.Analyze transactional and behavioral data to support fraud/scam detection and prevention initiatives.Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to investigate complex data patterns and derive actionable insights.Use Python for basic to intermediate-level data analysis, automation, and data processing tasks.Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations.Collaborate with business teams, risk teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Communicate investigation outcomes clearly through presentations and documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Skills MySQL / PL SQL Expert/Proficient (Non-negotiable)Strong experience writing complex SQL queries.Good understanding of database structures, joins, optimization, and data extraction techniques.Python Basic/Intermediate (Non-negotiable)Ability to perform data manipulation, analysis, and automation using Python libraries.Critical Thinking & Logical Reasoning Proficient (Non-negotiable)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies.Communication & Presentation Skills Proficient (Non-negotiable)Ability to communicate complex analytical findings effectively to technical and business stakeholders.Preferred Skills Experience in data forensics, investigation, or risk analytics.Exposure to fraud detection, scam reviews, or suspicious activity analysis.Experience working with large datasets and data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of analytical tools and reporting frameworks is an added advantage.Ideal Candidate Profile Strong SQL professional with investigative data analysis experience.Detail-oriented with the ability to connect data points and identify hidden patterns.Comfortable working on complex business problems requiring analytical judgment.Able to present insights clearly and influence decision-making through data.Experience Relevant experience in SQL-based analytics, data investigation, fraud analytics, risk analysis, or similar domains preferred.Skill Focus: SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Data Investigation, Fraud Analytics, Analytical Reasoning .
