Location India Position Summary We are seeking a QA Engineer with experience in Global PayPlus (GPP) to ensure the quality of enterprise payment solutions. The successful candidate will execute functional, regression, integration, and customer acceptance testing while working closely with development, implementation, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Role and Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and technical specifications. Validate customer implementations and system configurations. Ensure testing coverage aligns with customer requirements. Participate in test planning, execution, and defect management. Conduct regression testing for every software release. Perform qualification and analysis of customer-reported defects. Verify software fixes through comprehensive re-testing. Prepare test data and support customer settings. Provide accurate testing status and release readiness reports. Collaborate with Development, Support, and Project teams to improve software quality. Continuously improve testing methodologies and quality assurance processes. Required Experience 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including at least 2 years working with Global PayPlus (GPP). Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience testing Global PayPlus (GPP-SP). Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of payment systems and banking applications is an advantage. Basic programming knowledge is an advantage. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in quick-paced, customer-focused environments. Robust communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities. .
