We are seeking a skilled Automation Testing Engineer to join our technical team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing robust automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery within a cloud-native environment. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between manual testing processes and advanced automated solutions, directly impacting the efficiency and reliability of our production systems. Key Deliverables Develop and maintain scalable automation test scripts using Selenium and Java to support continuous integration pipelines. Architect and implement automated testing solutions within AWS cloud environments to optimize deployment cycles. Integrate AI-driven testing tools to enhance defect detection rates and reduce regression testing time. Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to identify testable requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage. Execute performance and functional testing protocols to maintain high standards of application stability. Analyze test results, document defects, and track resolution progress through to final verification. Refine existing automation frameworks to improve execution speed and maintainability across complex modules. Essential Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in automation testing. Strong proficiency in Java programming for test automation development. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing. Proven ability to manage and deploy testing infrastructure within AWS. Deep understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) and modern QA methodologies. Ability to work onsite in Chennai as per project requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating AI or machine learning tools into automated testing workflows. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or global delivery models. Relevant certifications in AWS or software quality assurance.
