We are seeking a agile, results-driven, and articulate Sales Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our fast-growing team in the robotics and IT solutions sector. The ideal candidate will act as the vital bridge between our sales team, technical engineers, and clients. You will possess exceptional communication and convincing skills, enabling you to effectively handle client inquiries, pitch technical solutions or services, build rapport, and drive deals to closure alongside the external sales force. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Support: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle coordination, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing and post-sales support. Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to gather accurate specifications, pricing, and feasibility reports for custom robotics and IT proposals. Client Engagement & Convincing: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and meetings with confidence and professionalism. Documentation & Proposals: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and deal statuses. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless execution of IT projects. Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or client-facing roles. Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified, persuasive manner. Convincing & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals smoothly. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a quick-paced environment. Education Qualification Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Electronics/Robotics Engineering, related field, or MBA/ Any relevant degree.
