Sales Manager Institutional Sales Company: Rose & Willow Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Job Summary Rose & Willow is looking for a Sales Manager Institutional Sales to develop and grow business with hotels, resorts, corporate offices, and other institutional clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for fragrance diffuser machines and scenting solutions. Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the institutional and hospitality sectors. Visit hotels, resorts, offices, and commercial establishments to promote products. Meet with purchase managers, facility managers, housekeeping heads, and other decision-makers. Explain product features, conduct demonstrations, and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records. Coordinate with the installation and service team for smooth execution. Travel for client meetings as required. Requirements 1+ year of experience in Institutional Sales, Hospitality Sales, B2B Sales, or Field Sales. Experience handling hotel, corporate, or commercial clients is preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
