Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial or corporate sales and be passionate about field sales and business development. Roles & Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial sector. - Visit factories, manufacturing units, construction companies, warehouses, and engineering firms to promote our industrial safety footwear. - Meet Purchase Managers, HR Managers, EHS Officers, Plant Heads, and other key decision-makers. - Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable safety footwear based on customer requirements. - Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until order closure. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. - Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports. - Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, deliveries, and customer support. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. Preferred Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales. - Experience in Industrial Products, PPE, Safety Equipment, Industrial Footwear, Hardware, Electrical Products, Lubricants, Engineering Products, or Construction Materials will be preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits. - Valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
