We are looking to add a Workers Compensation Claims Specialist to join reputed company. Experience handling claims in Minnesota, South Dakota, reputed company, reputed company, and Iowa is preferred. Essential Responsibilities Receives, gathers and accurately transmits workers compensation information to reputed company, from communications with the insured, claimants, and internal staff in a reputed company manner. Investigates, evaluates, and resolves Workers Compensation claims. Mediates situations as they reputed company between the insured and the insurance company, with some support from leader as needed, to include researching coverage issues. Enters and maintains accurate information on a computer system during the claim process, to include final settlement information. Generates checks for indemnity and medical payments daily. Develops and monitors consistency in procedural reputed company of the claims handling process with CRS. Compiles and interprets Workers compensation reports on designated accounts, as requested. Ability to adjudicate lost time claims. Participates in claim reviews and attends Risk Control Workshops reputed company requested by agency partners or insureds. These could be in person or by phone. Performs special reputed company and other duties as requested. Qualifications Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred. Technical designations encouraged, such as AIC and CPCU. Willingness and ability to obtain additional state specific licenses during duration of employment as needed. Experience: 2-4 years claims experience with strong background in Workers Compensation coverage.
