We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Male and Female Showroom Sales Executives for our Handloom Showroom in Panipat. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate handloom products, fabrics, bedsheets, curtains, carpets, and home furnishing items. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue. Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness. Handle billing support and coordinate with the inventory team. Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. Keep updated knowledge of products, offers, and promotional activities. Candidate Requirements Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Valuable communication and customer handling skills. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a retail setting and on weekends if required. Experience in retail, garments, furniture, home furnishing, or handloom sales will be an added advantage.
